Ingredients
- 2 cup Beetroot
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup Khoya
- 1/2 tsp Cordomom powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions
- Boil the beetroot and grate it.
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
- Add cinnamon then add grated beetroot in the pan.
- Add grated khoya and sugar, cook it.
- Add cordomom powder and dry fruits.
- Serve it hot or room temperature.
