The smell of stir-fried vegetables is awesome when the garlic, onion, cabbage are stir-fried in hot oil. Personally, I loved the fragrance. When the different vegetables, sauces fried with rice, a delightful fragrance comes out. This fragrance belongs to the veg fried rice.

Veg fried rice is an Indo Chinese recipe inspired by Chinese cuisine and Chinese method of cooking. Stir fry is a Chinese cooking method where food is cooked on high flame. This is a fast way to cook. The food is cooked in a little oil in a wok.

All the fresh vegetables are stir-fried in a wok on the high flame that makes this so appealing.

This is settled as their main course dish, it does not need anything else to go with it. At some time people prefer it as a side dish.

This should be made with cold rice. It is best if you cook rice the night before so when you make the rice in stir fry method the rice will not break, looks good. Fried rice is a good way to work in any leftover rice. This is a good leftover rice recipe.

Veg fried rice recipe is an easy dish to follow. Can be made with basic ingredients that are usually available at our home. This is a bowl of lots of vegetables and rice. This is a one-bowl meal, where we can have lots of vegetables and nutritious in a bowl. I like the cabbage in it.

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic and saute for 10 seconds.
  2. Now add all veggies onion, carrot, green chillies, cabbage, capsicum and saute for 30 seconds.
  3. Add rice, salt, MSG, soya sauce, red chili paste and vinegar, mix well.
  4. Sprinkle some onion greens and ready to serve.
