Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add soaked rice and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add 1 cup water and 1 cup of milk into the pan.
  4. Now add pistachio paste, sugar and cardamom powder. Stir well.
  5. Cover the pan and cook till rice cooked.
  6. Now add raisins and almonds into the pulao.
  7. Ready to serve.
