Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sambhar masala and salt.
  3. Add double amount of water and boil it.
  4. Now add soaked rice and bengal gram, stir well.
  5. Cook till rice cooked or water absorbed.
  6. Kondai kadalai rice is ready to serve.
