Instructions
  1. Make a sugar syrup with sugar and 2 1/2 cup of water. Add saffron into the syrup.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add maize flour and gram flour, cook till the aroma come out or ghee become separate.
  3. Now add the sugar syrup into the pan, mix well cook till the mixture come together.
  4. Put the mixture into a greased tray and keep aside for set.
  5. Then cut the barfi into squares and serve it.
