Ingredients
- 1 cup Maize flour ( maka atta )
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- Saffron

Instructions
- Make a sugar syrup with sugar and 2 1/2 cup of water. Add saffron into the syrup.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add maize flour and gram flour, cook till the aroma come out or ghee become separate.
- Now add the sugar syrup into the pan, mix well cook till the mixture come together.
- Put the mixture into a greased tray and keep aside for set.
- Then cut the barfi into squares and serve it.
