Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped garlic, saute for 15 seconds.
  3. Add onion, green capsicum, red chili and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar and salt, cook for 1 minute.
  5. Now add homemade malai, stir well.
  6. Add paneer pieces, mix well.
  7. Finish the MALAI PANEER with garam masala powder and kasoori methi.
  8. Ready to serve.
