  1. Heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds ans asafoetida.
  2. Now add boiled gunda, keri, phali and soaked red chilies.
  3. Add a little water and cover the kadhai, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt.
  5. Stir well.
  6. MARU GUNDA PHALI is ready to serve.
