Ingredients
- 800 grm Mutton
- 250 grm Onion chopped
- 200 grm Tomatoes chopped
- 80 grm Oil
- 4 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 100 grm yogurt
- To taste Salt
- 2 inch Cinnamon stick
- 5 no Green cardamom
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 5-6 no Whole red chilies
- 6 no Cloves

- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add cinnamon stick, green cardamom, coriander seeds, whole red chilies, cloves, saute them for a minutes and make a fine powder.
- Marinate the mutton pieces with yogurt, 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1tsp turmeric, salt and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a Handi.
- Add chopped onion saute till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
- Now add the grind masala, salt and saute for a minutes.
- Now add the tomatoes cook until oil separate.
- Now add the marinated mutton, stir well. Add water and bring to boil until mutton cooked.
- Ready to serve.
