Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add cinnamon stick, green cardamom, coriander seeds, whole red chilies, cloves, saute them for a minutes and make a fine powder.
  2. Marinate the mutton pieces with yogurt, 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1tsp turmeric, salt and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a Handi.
  4. Add chopped onion saute till golden brown.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
  6. Now add the grind masala, salt and saute for a minutes.
  7. Now add the tomatoes cook until oil separate.
  8. Now add the marinated mutton, stir well. Add water and bring to boil until mutton cooked.
  9. Ready to serve.
