  1. Cut the lemon into four and remove the seeds.
  2. Grind the lemon into a grinder.
  3. Put the lemon mixture in a container..
  4. Add salt and cover the container with muslin cloth.
  5. Keep aside for 4-5 days.
  6. Now add the black pepper, sugar, black salt, caravy seeds.
  7. Keep aside for rest 5-7 days.
  8. Nimboo ki chutney is ready to serve.
