Ingredients
- 1 cup Maize flour ( maka atta )
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Caravy seeds
- 1 tbsp Green chilli finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Spinach finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Aniseed
- Warm water

Instructions
- Take a bowl, put maize flour, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander seeds, caravy seeds, aniseed, green chilli, ginger, baking soda and spinach.
- Mix well together.
- Make a dough with the help of warm water .
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Put the dough into a greased pan and set it into the pan.
- Put the pan into a streamer and steam it for 15-20 minutes.
- Take it out and keep aside for cool.
- Cut into small pieces.
- Fry into hot oil till crisp.
- Ready to serve.
