Ingredients
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 5-6 no Potato Boiled
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 no Green chili Chopped
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
- For frying Oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, put gram flour, salt, carom seeds and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. Make a smooth thick batter with water. Keep aside.
- In a separate bowl, put potato, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black salt and dry mango powder.
- Mix all the things together. Mixture of kofta's ready.
- Make equal size small balla from the mixture and coat with gram flour batter and deep fry in hot oil.
- Rajasthani Aloo Kofta ready to serve.
