  1. In a bowl, put gram flour, salt, carom seeds and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. Make a smooth thick batter with water. Keep aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, put potato, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black salt and dry mango powder.
  3. Mix all the things together. Mixture of kofta's ready.
  4. Make equal size small balla from the mixture and coat with gram flour batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  5. Rajasthani Aloo Kofta ready to serve.
