Instructions
  1. Cut the steam and remove the seeds from chillies.
  2. Wash it.
  3. Heat the water in a pan, blanch the chillies in water. and remove the water.
  4. Repeat this process for 3 times.
  5. Make a smooth paste from the blanched chillies.
  6. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
  7. Add the chilli paste and roast it till smell come out or the ghee come on the surface.
  8. Now add khoya and sugar, mix it well.
  9. Roast for another few mintes.
  10. Add cardamom powder and rose water.
  11. Mirchi Ka Halwa is ready to serve.
