Instructions
  1. Sieve flour with baking powder and soda.
  2. Add cardamom powder and ghee, rub the flour between the fingers.
  3. Add milk as the requirement to make a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
  5. Make flatten ball between the palms, have the center thinner than the sides.
  6. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water, boil the water with sugar till it become to one string consistency. Add cardamom powder in it.
  7. Now fry these balls into a hot ghee on slow fire.
  8. Fry them for 7-9 minutes from each side.
  9. After frying, dip them in prepared sugar syrup for approx 10-15 minutes.
  10. Ready to serve.
