  1. Take atta in a bowl. add salt, baking powder, carom seeds and coriander seeds. mix well. add water and knead into a stiff dough.
  2. Divide the dough into eight portions and shape them into small balls.
  3. Grease a baking tray. place the batis on it. press them slightly.
  4. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake at 200°c till done. it may take fifteen min to half an hour.
  5. Soak the batis in a bowl of melted desi ghee. Serve it hot.
