Instructions
  1. Take a pan, put tomatoes and 1 cup of water in it, boil them for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Now make a smooth paste with boiled tomatoes, cashewnuts, almonds, poppy seeds and grated coconut.
  3. Heat oil in pan, add whole garam masala, whole red chilies and cumin seeds, saute till crackle.
  4. Now add chopped onion and saute till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilies, saute for next 30 seconds.
  5. Now add the paste of tomatoes and nuts.
  6. Now add the dry spices, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and bring it boil till oil separate.
  7. Now add all the boiled vegetables and stir well.
  8. Finish this with garam masala powder.
  9. Ready to serve.
