  1. Parboil the potato roundels with salt.
  2. In a bowl, put yogurt, gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric podwer, coriander powder, garam masala powder, kasoori methi, carom seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt and mustard oil.
  3. Mix well and make a smooth marinate.
  4. Now add the parboiled potato, onion and capsicum into the marinate, coat it well and keep aside.
  5. Now place the marinated pieces in skewer.
  6. Now fry them in hot oil till color changed.
  7. FRY ALOO TIKKA is ready to serve.
