Instructions
  1. Fry the slit tinde in hot oil till golden brown. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, put yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, desicated coconut, sugar, salt and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in pan, add whole garam masala, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and coriander seeds. Saute till crackle.
  4. Now add sliced onion, saute till golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste, saute for next 30 seconds.
  5. Now add tomato puree cook for few minutes.
  6. Add yogurt mixture into pan cook till oil separate.
  7. Now add 1 cup of water and fried tinde, covert the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Finish the dish with garam masala powder.
  9. Ready to serve.
