Instructions
  1. Mix all the chopped dry fruits in a bowl.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, potato, salt, sugar, cardamom powder and corn flour. Mash all together and make a dough.
  3. Make small koftas, fill the chopped dry fruits in the koftas.
  4. Fry them in hot oil till golden brown. Keep them aside.
  5. Make a paste with blanched spinach, blanched peas, green chilies and kasoori methi.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds saute till crackle.
  7. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
  8. Then add tomato puree and stir it.
  9. Now add the green paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Add salt, red chilli powder and stir well.
  11. Now add the butter and fresh cream, mix well.
  12. Finish it with garam masala powder
  13. Pour the gravy on serving dish and place the koftas on it.
  14. HARYALI TASHTARI PE NUTTY KOFTE is ready to eat.
