Ingredients
- 200 grm Cottage cheese (paneer) diced
- 1 no Capsicum diced
- 1 no Onion diced
- 200 grm Onion chopped
- 300 grm Tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato puree
- 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Ginger julienne
- 2 no Green chillies
- 2 no bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 10 no Whole red chilli
- To taste Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kasoori methi
- 2 tsp Garam masala powder

Instructions
- Pound the coriander seeds and whole red chilies with a pestle.
- Heat oil in kadhai, add bay leaves, then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add finely chop onion and ginger sauté until it becomes golden brown in color.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and pounded spices and suate.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, bhuno until its starts leaving oil.
- Now add paneer, capsicum and onion into the kadhai, stir well.
- Finish with garam masala powder and kasoori methi.
