Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice soaked
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 6-8 leaves Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 cup Onion sliced
- 1 no Fresh red chili chopped

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add sliced onion and red chili, saute for a minute.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Now add rice and double amount of water, stir well.
- Cover the pressure cooker with lid and cook till 1 whistle, turn off the heat.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes and KANDA BHAAT is ready to serve.
