Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice soaked
- 3 tbsp Bengal gram soaked
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 5-6 no Curry leaves
- To taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Sambhar masala

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sambhar masala and salt.
- Add double amount of water and boil it.
- Now add soaked rice and bengal gram, stir well.
- Cook till rice cooked or water absorbed.
- Kondai kadalai rice is ready to serve.
