Ingredients
- 200 grm Cottage cheese (paneer)
- 1/4 cup Green capsicum sliced
- 1/4 cup Onion sliced
- 2 no Fresh red chilies chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 cup Homemade malai cream
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3/4 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped garlic, saute for 15 seconds.
- Add onion, green capsicum, red chili and saute for 1 minute.
- Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar and salt, cook for 1 minute.
- Now add homemade malai, stir well.
- Add paneer pieces, mix well.
- Finish the MALAI PANEER with garam masala powder and kasoori methi.
- Ready to serve.
