  1. Dry roast the lotus seeds for 7- 10 minutes or until crispy and cruchy.
  2. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add roack salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder and dry m,ango powder.
  3. Immediately add roasted lotus seeds and toss it well.
  4. Masala Roasted Makhana is ready to serve.
