Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, 1 tbsp of kasoori methi and chopped ginger, keep aside for at least 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a Handi, add whole garam masala and saute.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
  4. Then add chopped onion and green chilies, saute them.
  5. Now add the marinated chicken with marinate, stir well.
  6. Add water and bring to boil till chicken is cooked.
  7. Finish the methi murg with kasoori methi and cream.
  8. Ready to serve.
