Instructions
  1. Dry roast the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, peanuts,coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns and whole red chilies. Make a paste with water.
  2. Slit and deep fry the chillies in hot oil. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in heavy bottom pan, add mustard seeds, bay leaf and clove, when crackling.
  4. Add curry leaves and chopped onion, saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste suate for 30 seconds.
  6. Add spices salt turmeric powder and red chilly powder,then add the salan paste cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the pan to prevent curdling , add yogurt.
  8. Return to heat, cook it till starts leaving oil.
  9. Now add the fried green chillies in to the salan.
  10. Ready to serve.
