Instructions
  1. Heat oil in handi, add whole garam Masala and sauté until it begins to crackle.
  2. Add diced onion, saute for 1 minutes.
  3. Add boiled onion paste and sauté for 2 mins.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Remove the handi to prevent curdling , add yogurt.
  7. Return to heat, add water, bring to a boil and simmer until its fat comes to the surface.
  8. Add fried onion paste, cashew nut paste.
  9. Now add the all cut vegetables, and 1 cup of water and cover and simmer the vegetables till cooked.
  10. Heat ghee in a separate pan, add cashewnuts and raisins and saute for 30 seconds.
  11. Add the sauted nuts in korma.
  12. Finish the korma with fresh cream, garam Masala powder and cardamom and mace powder.
  13. Ready to serve.
