- 250 gram Lemon
- To taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Caravy seeds
- 2 tsp Black salt

- Cut the lemon into four and remove the seeds.
- Grind the lemon into a grinder.
- Put the lemon mixture in a container..
- Add salt and cover the container with muslin cloth.
- Keep aside for 4-5 days.
- Now add the black pepper, sugar, black salt, caravy seeds.
- Keep aside for rest 5-7 days.
- Nimboo ki chutney is ready to serve.
