  1. Grind the red chilies with 2 tsp of oil and salt.
  2. Add tamarind pulp and grated jaggery into the grinder and grind it.
  3. Add the cut onion into the grinder and grind coarsely.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai, add mustaed seeds and curry leaves.
  5. Now add the ground paste into the kadhai.
  6. Fry untill the raw flaouvor of onion is lost.
  7. Ready to serve.
