Instructions
  1. Take a bowl, add paneer, onion, olive, capsicum, green chilli, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp cheese. Mix well.
  2. Toast the bread, put the mixture on toast, sprinkle oregano and some grated cheese.
  3. Bake the toast for 2 minutes, cut the sides and cut into four.
  4. Ready to serve.
