  1. Dry roast lotus seeds in a pan.
  2. Let it cool and powdered into a grinder.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add powdered makhana and roast it for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Add milk and mix well.
  5. Cook it until it become thick in consistency.
  6. Add sugar, raisins and chopped almonds.
  7. Mix well and cook it for next 30 seconds.
  8. Finish the halwa with cardamom powder.
  9. Phool Makhana Halwa is ready to serve.
