Ingredients
- 1 cup Lotus seeds ( Phool makhana )
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tbsp Almonds chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
- Dry roast lotus seeds in a pan.
- Let it cool and powdered into a grinder.
- Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add powdered makhana and roast it for 20-30 seconds.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Cook it until it become thick in consistency.
- Add sugar, raisins and chopped almonds.
- Mix well and cook it for next 30 seconds.
- Finish the halwa with cardamom powder.
- Phool Makhana Halwa is ready to serve.
