Ingredients
- 1 cup Potato boiled and grated
- 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Green chilies finely chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander finely chopped
- To taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Instructions
- Take a bowl, put grated potatos, add onion, green chillies, coriander, salt, mixed herbs, black pepper powder and corn flour.
- Mix all together.
- Make cylinder shape cutlet. Keep aside.
- In a new bowl put corn flour and water and make a batter.
- Dip the cutlets into the batter then coat with bread crumbs.
- Now deep fry them into hot oil.
- Potato croquettes are ready to serve.
