Instructions
  1. Cook all the grams together with salt till soft.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry them till golden brown.
  3. Now add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies saute for few seconds.
  4. Add tomatoes, cook till its become a smooth gravy consistancy.
  5. Add the cooked grams along with little water and cook for few minutes.
  6. Finish the dal with red chilli powder, garam masala powder and butter.
  7. Serve hot.
