Instructions
  1. Put mutton pieces into a Handi, add water and bring to boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat ghee in a Handi, add mutton and saute for few minutes.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, salt and yogurt, stir well.
  4. Add water and bring to boil till mutton cooked.
  5. Now add cream, almond paste and slit green chilies, stir it.
  6. Finish the safed maans with cardamom and mace powder.
  7. Ready to serve.
