Instructions
  1. Squeeze the soaked soya chunks and chop them and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add whole garam masala.
  3. Now add the cumin seeds, let them crackle.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and suate for 30 seconds.
  5. Now add tomato puree, cook for few minutes.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt.
  7. Now add the chopped soya chunks and cook for next 3 minutes.
  8. Now add fresh cream, butter and raisins. Stir well.
  9. Finish with garam masala powder and kasoori methi.
  10. Ready to serve.
