Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and saute till crackle.
  3. Now add soaked dal, turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water to cook the dal till dal become soft.
  5. Now add all dry spices red chili powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and garam masala powder.
  6. Cook for next few minutes.
  7. Ready to serve.
