Ingredients
- 500 grm Tarbooj ke chhilke
- 3 tbsp Oil
- A pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Onion seeds
- 1 tsp Aniseed
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Citric acid
- 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add aniseed and onion seeds.
- Add tarbooj ke chhilke and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and citric acid, stir well.
- Cook them for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
- Ready to serve.
