- 250 gram Green chilli Bhavnagari chilli
- 40 ml Ghee
- 50 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Khoya
- 5 gram Cardamom powder
- 5 ml Rose water

Instructions
- Cut the steam and remove the seeds from chillies.
- Wash it.
- Heat the water in a pan, blanch the chillies in water. and remove the water.
- Repeat this process for 3 times.
- Make a smooth paste from the blanched chillies.
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
- Add the chilli paste and roast it till smell come out or the ghee come on the surface.
- Now add khoya and sugar, mix it well.
- Roast for another few mintes.
- Add cardamom powder and rose water.
- Mirchi Ka Halwa is ready to serve.
