Instructions
  1. Grind split bengal gram green chilly, ginger and salt without water.
  2. Heat the oil, add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
  3. Add curry leaves,asafoetida. add red chili powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Add grinned bengal gram, cover the pan and let it cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
  5. Keep stirring.
  6. Add chopped coriander and serve hot.
