Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a Handi.
  2. Add whole garam masala and saute.
  3. Now add boiled onion paste and fry for few minutes.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilies and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add cashew nut paste and stir until fat separate.
  6. Add chicken pieces and saute for few minutes.
  7. Now add water and bring to boil until chicken is cooked.
  8. Add the yogurt and stir continuously. Add soaked saffron and cook for next few minutes.
  9. Finish the zafrani murg with mace and cardamom powder.
  10. Ready to serve.
